To All Present and Future Clients:
I.    When you first start working with me, you MUST fill out and return the contract I send to you, BEFORE we can start working.
II.    If you want me to do work for you, you have to send it to my email.
III.    If I do the work for you, even one time, you need to pay me. ( the amount to be determined).
IV.    I do have a 2 year old that needs me. As I am a single parent, I need to take care of her, clean the house, go out to run errands, and whatever else needs to be done, so I might take sometime to do the work.
V.    ALL work will be sent out the NEXT business day. The post office around here may take up to a week to scan the work. SO BE PATIENT. 
VI.    If you are to pay me and you are late, 100.00 every Friday past the day you're to pay, will be added to what you owe. If you go 1 month past, I will not work with you until you are paid up. Past 2 months and I need to take legal action.
VII.    If I do not answer texts, I am busy. DO NOT KEEP TEXTING ME. I will reply when I can. I DO NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. So don't call.
VIII.    EVERYONE has to pay for supplies used, evn if I only did one days work for you. I am NOT made of money and can not continue to borrow money to get supplies. So th amount of money I spend will be divided by ALL clients. Which will be added to your pay via Freshbooks.com.
IX.    Everyone will get Freshbooks.com invoices, once when I add you to it, and again when it comes close to when you're supposed to pay, as a reminder, and another if you are late in paying.
X.    POST OFFICE AROUND HERE SOME TIMES TAKES A WEEK TO SCAN YOUR ITEMS, SO BE PATIENT, IT WILL BE DONE.
XI.    Do not send repeat lists. And do not send BIG labels as it takes up more ink, making me have to get more sooner. Full page labels will not be used and make sur in the right hand corner it says "postage paid" or they will not be mailed.
